Reservation Policy1. INTRODUCTIONThank you for choosing our boat rental and sea excursion services. This reservation policy aims to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for all our clients. By making a reservation, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.2. BOOKING BOATS AND EXCURSIONSBooking Process:Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or at our offices. To confirm a booking, the following information is required: full name, phone number, email address, date and time of the activity, and the type of boat or excursion selected.Booking Deposit:A 30% deposit of the total fee is required to confirm the reservation. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or in cash at our offices. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the activity.Booking Confirmation:Once the deposit has been received, we will send you a confirmation email with all the booking details, including time, meeting point, type of boat, and any other relevant information.3.MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONSBooking Modifications:Changes to your reservation, such as the date or type of activity, can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. If the change results in a price difference, the remaining balance will be adjusted accordingly.Cancellations:If you decide to cancel your booking, the following conditions apply:More than 48 hours in advance: 100% of the deposit will be refunded.Between 24 and 48 hours in advance: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.Less than 24 hours in advance: The deposit is non-refundable.Cancellations Due to Weather: In case of adverse weather conditions that make the activity unsafe or impossible, you will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.4. ARRIVAL & ACTIVITY CONDITIONSPunctuality:It is essential to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. In case of delay, the full duration of the activity is not guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued for lost time.Safety Requirements:All participants must follow the instructions of the captain or guide at all times. Life jackets are mandatory during the activity, and boarding will not be allowed for anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.Responsibility:Clients are responsible for their behavior during the activity. Any damage caused to the boat or company property must be compensated by the client.5. INCIDENTS & LIABILITYDamage and Accidents:The company is not liable for accidents, injuries, or personal damage occurring during the activity, except in cases of negligence on our part. We recommend purchasing travel or water activity insurance for added protection.Force Majeure:The company is not responsible for incidents beyond its control, such as extreme weather, unforeseen accidents, or mechanical failures that may alter or cancel the scheduled activity.6. RATES & PAYMENTSPricing:Prices vary depending on the type of boat, duration of the excursion, and the season. Rates are clearly indicated on our website and in your booking confirmation.Payment Methods:We accept payments by credit card, bank transfer, or cash at our offices.
